Delhi: The Champions Trophy is being played in the 2025 hybrid model. Matches are happening in Karachi, Lahore and Rawalpindi in Pakistan. Whereas, all the matches of the Indian team are being held at the UAE’s Dubai Cricket Stadium. India has confirmed its place in the semi -finals (ICC Champions Trophy 2025 Semi Final), but it has not been decided yet with whom it will compete.
India’s semi -final match will be played in Dubai on 4 March. In this match, he can face any one in Australia or South Africa.
Three teams have reached the semi -finals:
- Group A From India and New Zealand
- Group B From Australia
- South Africa is also likely to reach the last four.
Two teams will go to Dubai
According to Espncricinfo report, both the qualifying teams of Group B will visit Dubai after March 2. The ICC has taken this decision so that the teams can get up in the environment there and complete their preparations. However, only one team will play in the semi -finals and the other team will return to Pakistan.
India and New Zealand will compete on March 2, which will decide which team will be on top in Group A.
On the other hand, if South Africa defeats England, it will also reach the semi -finals. But if England makes a big upset, Afghanistan can get a chance.
