Former Indian cricketer Virender Sehwag fiercely criticized foreign players Glenn Maxwell and Liam Livingstone for poor form in the Indian Premier League this season. Talking on Cricbage, Sehwag alleged that players like Maxwell and Livingstone come to India for holidays during the IPL months.

Sehwag alleged that both players have no hunger left and are no longer interested in winning the trophy for their franchisees. He further claimed that both the players wanted to holiday and party and they were not interested in improving their performance.

Virender Sehwag trolled Glenn Maxwell and foreign players

Talking on Cricbuj, Virender Sehwag said, “There is no hunger left in Maxwell, Livingstone. They come to India to spend their holidays. It is not that they love their teams, or are obsessed with winning the match. They have not won any trophy yet and they have to win this year.”

He further said, “I have played with many foreign players, perhaps one or two were hungry. These other players only talk and do not show any performance on the field.” Sehwag said, “David Warner, AB de Villiers and Glenn McGrath are three players who used to tell me, ‘I will win the match for you, feed me.’ I used to be confused about whom to feed and whom to do it out.

But I have seen other players – West Indies, Sri Lankan – who used to ask after the semi -finals, ‘Where is the party tonight?’ Then you know who wants to win the trophy and who has come here to have fun. ”
