Yash Dayal accused of exploitation, FIR now lodged under POSCO: second time in a month.

Delhi: Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) fast bowler is not taking the name of taking less difficulties for Yash Dayal. Yash is now once again caught in serious legal dispute. He has been accused of rape for a second time within a month. At the Sanganer Sadar police station in Jaipur, a minor girl has filed an FIR under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offenses (POSCO) Act alleging rape and sexual exploitation against him.

Serious allegations against Yash Dayal

In July, a woman from Ghaziabad accused Yash of sexual abuse by pretending to marry. After this, now a 19 -year -old ambitious cricketer has claimed that Yash sexually abused him for two years by pretending to make a career in cricket and through emotional blackmail.

According to the Jaipur police, the victim came in contact with Yash Dayal in 2023 two years ago. At that time she was a 17 -year -old minor. Station House Officer (SHO) of Sanganer Sadar police station, Anil Jayon said that Yash promised the victim to make a career in cricket and sexually abused her on this excuse. It is alleged that Yash raped the victim for the first time in 2023 and this series lasted for two years.

Exploitation was being done for 2 years

In April this year, when Yash Dayal was in Jaipur for IPL 2025, he allegedly called the victim to a hotel in Sitapura and sexually abused her. Fed up with constant emotional and physical abuse, the victim lodged a complaint at Sanganer Sadar police station on 23 July 2025. A case has been registered against Yash Dayal under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) and POCSO Act. This is because the first crime happened when the victim was a minor. If found guilty under the POCSO Act, Yash can be at least 10 years of sentence or life imprisonment.

Earlier, Yash was accused

It is worth noting that on 8 July 2025, a woman from Ghaziabad accused Yash Dayal of sexual abuse for five years by pretending to be married.

The woman told the police that Yash promised to marry several times and made physical relations with her. She said that Yash introduced her to her family and was told that she would become her daughter -in -law. The woman says that she maintained this relationship with full confidence and honesty.

He also said that Yash was in a relationship with many more girls. On April 17, a girl contacted her and sent evidence of Yash’s reality. The woman says that Yash’s family knew all these things but still kept hoping for marriage. According to the report, so far three more girls have approached the woman. Everyone says that Yash did the same with him.

Dayal gave clarification

However, in this case, Yash Dayal had said in his clarification that he had only friendship with the woman and no promise of marriage was made. Yash broke the silence and made serious allegations against the woman. He lodged an FIR at Khuldabad police station in Prayagraj and claimed that the woman had stolen her iPhone, laptop and millions of rupees. In this case, the Allahabad High Court stayed the arrest of Yash on 15 July 2025. The court had commented that “a person could not fool anyone for five years,” and gave relief to Yash till the next hearing of the case.
